After finding these cookies in Babbledog, I had to make them. I love peanut butter and couldn't stop thinking about what these would taste like. They're very easy and quick to assemble. I substituted sugar for the Splenda and only used one cup. I also used maybe a cup of oats more to get a slightly drier texture. I'm having a difficult time not eating the entire batch.I already have a few variations in mind.
but the splenda!!! how could you axe the splenda?!?!?!?
