Reuters - The eyes may carry important early clues to heart disease, signaling damage to tiny blood vessels long before symptoms start to show elsewhere, researchers reported on Tuesday.

    I learned from a friend who's an ophthalmic technician that the eyes provide clues to many diseases, sometimes before symptoms manifest in other parts of the body. I understand the mouth is like that, too.
